DANCE PIECE X

Think of all your movements in life as dance movements.

Breathe
Watch
Listen
Touch
and move between
The earth
and the sky

My breathing is erratic. Jerky dancing.
Watching is constant, vigilant, an excuse me.
I listen well, better than any dance i can do. A mod march.
Touch. I am normally a lonesome dancer but sometimes touch with Bean as my dancing partner, we move between the earth and sky and find places where we can watch the two synergise whilst touching, breathing, listening.
Sometimes we dance on the earth skyclad.
yesterday i was invited to do the same in trafalgar square on saturday. if you can make it there i will be the one who keeps his clothes on.

I do! I will do more! I want to move with more delicacy and rhythm, and must work on my ability/agility.
I dance regularly, I love to dance when n-o-t a soul is looking and I can abandon myself to the music. It feels SO good, and even if there is no music, my head has enough songs in it for the world.
I am so fucken lucky.

Jump into the void,
fly across miles,
of uncharted
spaces.

Spiral the ocean,
breathing under
water.

Watch how Dolphins,
love to play and
dance between
the waves.

Listen,
to the voice
in your heart.

Allow your
heart to
touch this
World.

In between
Worlds.

You're right that would be a good thing to try!
I wonder how we would feel after one whole day of thinking of ourselves and our movements that way.

Hey if there are sad dances to go along with glad dances, though life is not a dream or dance, the imagination can at least make it a dream or dance.

When I am near the water everything feels like a dance
Because I feel my body
sensing that I and the water are one
Excited, like when I see my childhood home
or when I see my bestfriend after a year
I move like fluid
and I am at home.

Now to try to feel the dance all the time:
imagining the rythym the crickets are creating as a beat
and my heart keeping time
my hair blowing in the fan, leaping
my fingers dancing on the keyboard.
