Yellow is the symbol for liberalism in many countries. I therefore like (c) - all colours have yellow in it. Just some of us are colour blind, it seems, and when they see yellow they think greed instead.
Yellow is such a nice, calming color, that I would like to think there is a bit of yellow in every color. It could shine out a bit and make you smile...

even the spelling thereof is arbitrary though we have close agreements on it.
i understood yellow to be the colour of madness due to van gogh's influence. Colour is therefore a collection of influences.
Culture can be that influence
geography can be that influence.
Individual responsibility can be an influence.
Yellow is the colour of peas on snow. Frank Zappa had something to say about that.
Yellow is not the colour of my true loves hair. Donovan had something to say about that.
Coldplay had something to say about yellow but i didn't want to listen even though in that moment i found them floydian.
Yellow is mellow. Donovan said that too in a roundabout way.
Yellow is the colour of cowardice and stays in my spine sometimes.
i refuse to define yellow. Someonme else can do this but i might choose not to believe.

C. All colors have yellow in it. It is the color of radience, gold, shining sunlight. It is the color of clean warmth, God like Love. But Why is my skin yellowing when my spirit is broken? Why do I look so ill in it? What does it mean? What is yellow doing to me?

I don't think any of them are right. All colours exist, and all have their place. I used to have favourites, now I know that they can all be great, depending on what other colours are about.
I actually had a yellow phase, after buying a really nice yellow linen blouse, and I began my foray into colour...previously I had dressed v black and white...twenty years later my wardrobe is a rainbow!
