Make a promise to a tree. Ask it to be passed on to other trees.

The wishes and promises those sturdy trees hold! They are the true wonders of our world, magnificently quiet and inherently giving us nothing but good. This post brings tears to my eyes as I contemplate the power of our emotional investments. All hail!
We have a line of beautiful Rowan trees with their berries fully ripe, and the late summer leaves fully grown on our campus. Just stopping to look is a great pleasure, but now I can do one more thing!
I promise in this life time, I will do want I came here to do, I promise I will try not to be distracted, I promise to be true, I promise and cross my heart.
I remove the crystal from the water, pouring the elixir onto the roots, my promise is absorbed.
I swear I have seen my grand parents in trees and such. It was a wilderness, but the lights shown just right. Then the next day I heard a lady tell her kid, "those flowers are my grand parents."
When I count what's wrong with my life, I get totally depressed. When I count the good things, I feel like smiling and I do. Then I think, "well, it's not all that bad." Life is just a bowl of cherries. But when I see myself smiling in the mirror, I like myself more. Well, life is a roller-coaster. That's what I now think. Recently, I got a message that I was a king, and I should stop the battle, and appreciate my victory. Well, I should listen to this one. And you, too, my friend. We are all kings. The battle is the battle of goodness winning WORLD PEACE. At all times, find something that makes you laugh. Laughter is the best workout! Chimpanzees are wise to it. Are you?

This Acorn is something I would say to a child.
Why do you whisper, green grass
Why tell the trees what ain't so
Whispering grass, the trees don't have to know
good job its my own promise and the trees know it to be so. You can't trust grasses.
its no accident these are trees of life, no accident that as above so below and what is whispered above is heard likewise for what it is below.
as the wind blows in the forests
and the roots breathe in the earth
our promises shine in the silence
of the trees

a big oak tree listens to the promise
and waves her leaves
the other trees say ah yes
Ou commitment
Rejoice the frightened trees.
All of them beautiful
New breeze will bring.

I have this beautiful big tree in my back yard which may be over 150years old. It knows some secrets for sure. This post has got me thinking, thanks!
SSSSSS.....sssssss.......ssussurrate
I made a promise to a poplar tree...the hickory tree said thank you.
Do we promise the tree something?
or do we just tell the tree something we promise (to ourselves or someone)and include the tree on the promise?
Either way..a beautiful thought as always. :)
