face the wall throughout the year
and imagine banging your head
against it: a) slowly until the
walk collapses and you see the sky.
b) violently until your head is
gone.
consider if it is such a catastrophe
to live without your head or if it
shouldn’t be easier for you to go
around since your body would be much
lighter.

Yippee ! I came to this site to see if it was still here, and it is, hip-hip-hooray !
Thanks Yoko.
I would choose 'b', cause I tend to emerse myself into whatever project I am doing.
I could live without my head. I lose it often. Without even having to bang it.
Dear Yoko,
b)When I use my head to lose my
head then I'll be dead.
Regards,
Joseph
I am trying to dissolve the walls that are inside of me.
Not by banging my head against them, but by sending them unconditional love.
Some already dissolved, others are weakened and will dissolve some day.
Love is all you need :)

Oh, so this answers my question of a couple of posts ago about "what's next". I'm overjoyed that there IS a "next"!
I'm not sure how to proceed on this one because much of the content of my head may have been lost some time ago, to make room for new content. Maybe not. In any case, my physical head is still here.
I choose to do it until I see blue sky because I prefer that image. Also because maybe my landlord will take the hint and put in more windows.

Since I have migraine disease I would subscribe to Jorge's ad, because Lord have mercy! Banging my head against a wall even slowly would probably kill me!
But if I couldn't afford his services then I would chose A. My head is where I store a lot of useful things. My soul makes my head a part of it's route, I wouldn't want to break the connection.
Also, I would love to see the sky after slowly banging my head for so long. I would feel much like the East Germans when the wall finally fell. I would sing from the roof tops and dance in the streets! Oh, sweet freedom! The sky speaks freedom to me in so many volumes. God Bless the sky, and God Bless all those banging thier heads in reality today.
Yoko, please come back tomorrow, or at least once in awhile :(
Jorge, your experience and resume for banging your head against a wall, are quite impressive. While I will do my own performance of this piece, the local arts council for Music of the Mind has commissioned me to compose a realization of this piece specifically for you. The number in the title is the duration of the piece:
WALL-HEAD-BANG 3:44:01 (after Y.Ono) SOLO FOR JORGE ARTAJO
Start when ready.
(Optional adaptations: clear glass windows or phone boxes may be substituted. If either option is chosen, substitute the appropriate words instead of "Wall" when announcing the piece. At Mr. Artajo's discretion, he may add the location and date to the piece, ie: WALL-HEAD-BANG 3:44:01(after Y.Ono)SOLO FOR JORGE ARTAJO, ANCHORAGE ALASKA 5-NOV-2008)

Wow, I think this post is one of your most profound.
So often we do "bang our heads against the wall" sometimes without even knowing.
and we don't realize what harm we are doing to our lives by doing this.
And even though it can be a bad thing to do so for so long, eventually we will come to an end of some sort.
Good or bad.
i don't think this is the way to get ahead
i'm told to get ahead to get a hat.
if i got the hat could i put the wall in it then walk ahead to reach the sky.
How high is this wall i'm bringing down is there violence no matter what i do. Is there another way? Is there time?
should i live should i die the world spins round. I am constantly reminded of my own unimportance and i don't mind except when my unimportance is bought into question falsely and even then i see bigger things
